Linda Kiedrowski is CEO and owner of The Paranet Group, Inc. She established Paranet in 1988, and today there are more than 200 members throughout Illinois and Wisconsin. Linda's strengths are marketing and coaching CEO's and senior executives. She has coached senior executives for more than 20 years. She has a strong business background that includes investments, management training, banking, lending and management of a major bankcard processor's marketing department.
Linda is known for her organizational skills and is an expert in organizational and leadership development. She facilitates strategic planning, develops business plans and is an expert in working with groups of all kinds. Linda is available for speaking on leadership, women in the workplace, small business and various motivational topics.
Linda founded a women's group called Latitude which has been an excellent resource and support system for women in manufacturing for over 20 years.
Past and present community involvement: MCFI/ProMark; Boys and Girls Club committee member for their annual fashion show; presentations for local clubs (Kiwanis) and high schools (Catholic Memorial); Community Bank and Trust President's Board in Greenfield (Wisconsin); member of Professional Dimensions; Waukesha Chamber of Commerce; Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce. She chaired the Children's Hospital Telethon, and launched "Passages," a community organization that assists professional women re-entering the business sector.
She resides in Wauwatosa with her husband, where they raised two children and is a member of St. Jude the Apostle Church and various civic organizations.
