Michael Dalton is the managing director of Guided Innovation Group, whose mission is focused on helping every company become a growth business. His new product innovation framework was developed during his 24 years of leadership experience within the multi-billion dollar SC Johnson family of companies. He has grown new and existing businesses as a general manager, with additional experience in marketing, business development and manufacturing leadership roles.

Mike is also the author of a book based on the Theory of Constraints, Simplifying Innovation: Doubling speed to market and new product profits — with your existing resources. He holds an MBA in marketing and finance from the University of Chicago, and a degree in chemical engineering and energy technology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He speaks on innovation and growth for trade and executive groups and has spoken on Open Innovation for the National Academy of Sciences.

Mike joined Paranet in 2011 as director for a new group focused on growth and innovation. He and his wife Carol reside in Mt. Pleasant, Wisconsin with Sugar Bear, their rescue pit bull terrier.
